Aculio collects workspace information, owner contact details, class and waitlist data, phone numbers, SMS consent timestamps, message delivery metadata, billing identifiers, and integration metadata.

How we use information

We use this information to operate waitlists, send transactional SMS messages, process claims, provide support, maintain security, comply with messaging rules, and administer subscriptions.

SMS data

Phone numbers and SMS consent records are used only for transactional waitlist and appointment-related messages. Aculio does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data for third-party marketing.

Processors

Aculio uses infrastructure, payment, messaging, and calendar service providers to provide the service.

Retention

We retain operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain abuse-prevention logs.

Your choices

Customers can request access, correction, export, or deletion of workspace data by contacting support. SMS recipients can opt out where supported.
