Terms of Service

Service

Aculio provides software for Acuity Scheduling waitlists, transactional SMS workflows, claim links, messaging logs, and subscription management.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for lawful use, accurate business information, obtaining appropriate consent, maintaining connected service accounts, and honoring opt-out requests.

Messaging compliance

Customers must use Aculio for transactional waitlist and appointment communications unless a separate compliant campaign is configured. Marketing, prohibited content, or non-consensual messages are not allowed.

Fees

Paid plans are billed through a secure payment processor. Subscription fees are due according to the billing terms shown at checkout.

Integrations

Aculio depends on connected calendar, messaging, and payment services. Availability or behavior of those services may affect Aculio.

Limitations

Aculio is provided as software. We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered by every carrier or that every canceled seat will be recovered.

Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, abuse, unlawful messaging, or violation of these terms.

These terms are a product-ready starting point and should be reviewed by counsel before commercial launch.
